Job Opening: Accounts ExecutiveWe are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Accounts Executive to join our company. The selected candidate will maintain the company's books of accounts and work closely with the Managing Partner as a key member of the team.
EligibilityOnly B.Com graduates are eligible to apply. Applications from other graduate streams will not be considered.
B.Com (Accountancy Honours) is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior accounting experience will have an added advantage.
Good computer skills.
Working knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime/ERP), MS Excel, and MS Office.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts in Tally.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Record and manage receipts and payments.
Prepare and manage invoices.
Maintain office petty cash and expense records.
Assist in online tendering and related documentation.




Maintain accounting records for audit, GST, and bank compliance.
Prepare financial records and supporting documents as required.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of financial documents.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders whenever required.
