Key Responsibilities
Provide courteous and effective service to guests as per hotel SOP.
Set up tables, side stations and ensure cleanliness of dining area.
Take orders accurately and coordinate with captain/kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages with correct presentation and timing.
Maintain hygiene, grooming and professionalism throughout the shift.
Assist in clearing tables, resetting and maintaining service readiness.
Support upselling by recommending items as guided by captain/manager. Follow safety standards for handling hot food, glassware and equipment.
Attend daily briefings and training sessions for improvement.
Report guest feedback, complaints or incidents to supervisor immediately.
