Key Responsibilities Active Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls to pitch our products/services.
The "Close": Move beyond information sharing to actively ask for the sale and finalize the transaction over the phone.
Customer Need Analysis: Ask strategic questions to understand customer pain points and tailor your pitch to solve their specific problems.
Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns regarding pricing, features, or timing to keep the deal moving forward.
Database Management: Use CRM tools to track interactions, update lead status, and ensure no potential deal falls through the cracks.
Target Achievement:



Meet and exceed daily call volume and monthly sales revenue targets.

Opening: Grab interest in the first 15 seconds with a high-impact hook.
Discovery: Identify what the customer is missing.
The Pivot: Connect our product’s advantages directly to their needs.
The Seal: Handle final hesitations and process the order/payment details.

Requirements & Skills Education : High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree (any)
Experience: Proven track record in sales, telesales, or a "closer" role.
Resilience: The ability to handle "No" and keep the energy high for the next call.
Persuasion Skills: Solid negotiation and "soft-selling" abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software MS Office.
Communication: tamil with a clear and professional telephone manner.
