Requirements
12 years of experience in IT staffing/recruitment.
Robust expertise in sourcing, screening, follow-ups, and candidate engagement until onboarding/joining.
Experience working with third-party staffing/vendor organizations supporting clients .
Ability to assess technical skills effectively and work on niche technology requirements.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and sourcing channels such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Target-oriented and proactive, with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to submit quality profiles within defined timelines and meet hiring targets.
Strong stakeholder management and candidate relationship skills.
