We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Operations Executive to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, manage lead generation activities, coordinate with the technical team, and help streamline the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and online research.
Maintain and update CRM and sales databases.
Identify business opportunities in private and government sectors.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and capability documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and project discussions.
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings.
Track sales pipeline and prepare weekly business reports.
Support tender and RFP documentation when required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust internet research and lead generation abilities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Prior internship or experience in business development or sales is an advantage.
