Job Summary

MedPlus Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to support day-to-day pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain inventory, ensure accurate billing, and help pharmacists provide quality healthcare services while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in purchasing medicines and healthcare products.
Support the pharmacist in dispensing medicines as per prescriptions.
Verify product availability and organize medicines on shelves.
Ensure proper storage of medicines according to company and regulatory guidelines.
Perform billing and cash handling using the POS system.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or expired products.
Receive, unpack, and arrange incoming stock.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.




Assist in inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
Follow SOPs, company policies, and pharmacy regulations.
Coordinate with the store team to achieve sales and service targets.

Eligibility
D.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience in retail pharmacy is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
