JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage transportation orders and master data, ensuring accurate creation, maintenance, and tracking for seamless logistics operations.

- Plan and optimize road transport, including route selection, carrier assignment, and resource management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Handle sea transport planning and booking, overseeing vessel scheduling, freight booking, and compliance with international shipping standards.

- Coordinate air transport planning, managing airline partnerships, air freight bookings, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

- Oversee transportation execution, monitoring shipment statuses, resolving exceptions, and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries.

- Manage transportation charges, including calculation, validation, settlement of costs, and collaboration with finance for accurate billing.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules and external logistics partners.

- Lead client workshops, provide expert guidance, and deliver solutions that meet client expectations without the need for extensive ramp-up.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM implementations and Support.

- Robust understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

- Experience integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules and third-party systems is preferred.
