We are seeking an accomplished SAP FICO Lead Consultant to join our finance and technology team. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in SAP FICO, Blackline, and HighRadius solutions, capable of leading complex implementations, driving system optimizations, and aligning finance processes with business objectives. This role requires a combination of technical mastery, functional knowledge, and strategic thinking to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP FICO Implementation & Support: Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, including configuration of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Controlling modules.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with Blackline, HighRadius, and other financial systems to enhance automation, reconciliation, and cash application processes.
- Financial Process Optimization: Analyze current finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend best practices leveraging SAP FICO capabilities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Project Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead functional teams during projects. Develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
- Reconciliation & Automation: Utilize Blackline and HighRadius platforms to streamline financial close processes, automate reconciliations,



and enhance accounts receivable and payable efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business users, finance leaders, and IT teams to understand requirements, provide expert guidance, and deliver effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP FICO solutions and associated tools. Mentor junior consultants and support professional development within the team.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP FICO and connected systems, providing actionable insights to support strategic financial decision-making.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure financial processes adhere to statutory regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Deep expertise in SAP FICO modules, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong knowledge of Blackline for reconciliation and financial close automation.
- Experience with HighRadius for accounts receivable, cash application, and credit management solutions.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP projects and financial transformation initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of finance and accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance standards.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide teams, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development.

Preferred:

- Certification in SAP FICO and exposure to financial automation tools.
- Experience working in multinational or complex organizational structures.
