We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi-cloud implementations, integrations, and governance. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions while ensuring performance, security, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Define architecture standards, data models, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive optimal usage of Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platform features.
- Architect multi-cloud implementations and complex system integrations.

Technical Leadership & Development Oversight

- Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
- Establish coding, deployment, and DevOps best practices to ensure high-quality releases.
- Review and optimize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), workflows, automations, and SOQL queries.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
- Lead data migration,



cleansing, and system optimization initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security governance across implementations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy

- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Conduct solution workshops, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning sessions.
- Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and future scalability.

Security & Compliance

- Define and enforce best practices for roles, permissions, and data access controls.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 7–10 years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a solution or architect-level role.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
- Proven experience handling complex, enterprise-scale implementations and multi-cloud environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Copado, and Git.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks including MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL tools.
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are a robust advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions while mentoring teams and driving best practices.
