Job title: Sales & Service Manager (3rd party Contractor)

Job summary:

This is a sales professioanl under Scimed (operating company under PHC Group), responsible for managing products like CO2 Incubators , Medical Regrigs & Freezers .

Location: Delhi

What you will do:

- Achieve sales target for distributors in assigned territories
- Initiate weekly sales meeting with existing distributors
- Provide product training to existing and new distributors
- Provide sales support for distributors’ sales activities
- Tender support: Compliance sheet preparation
- Provide service training to existing and new distributors
- Provide service support to distributors




- Take active role in new product introduction and handle large projects
- End to end logistic and finance related coordination between distributors and Scimed Asia in Singapore
- Collect market information from competitors and customers and report to Scimed
- Provide weekly sales & marketing reporting to Scimed

What you need for success:

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of sales and service experience within the healthcare/life sciences industry
- Experience with medical freezers, refrigerators, and CO2 incubators is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a proven capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong strategic mindset, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
