This exciting role offers opportunity to:nn * This is a critical leadership role within the Global Financial Accounting Center of Excellence (GFA CoE), accountable for driving excellence across the Recordu2011tou2011Report (R2R) process and lead strategic special projects within a dynamic, highu2011volume Global Capability Center supporting Eatonu2019s worldwide operations.n * The position plays a pivotal part in designing, governing, and sustaining global standard processes across the full spectrum of Financial Accounting, including month-end close, fixed asset accounting, general ledger governance, account reconciliations, and compliance activities.n * The role is expected to elevate process maturity, ensure highu2011quality and accurate financial reporting, and champion consistency across business units and regions.n * In addition to core R2R responsibilities, this role acts as the Strategic Program Leader for GFAu2019s special projects portfoliou2014driving cross-functional initiatives focused on transformation, automation, analytics, process redesign, systems enhancement, efficiency improvement, and controllership excellence.n * The role requires strong program management capability, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and deep financial process expertise to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered with discipline, visibility,
