Malisetti Engineering Creations Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee high-rise residential construction projects.
Position: Site Supervisor (Civil Engineering Background)
Location: Ramoji Film City Area, Hyderabad
Experience: 5–7 Years
Industry: High-Rise Residential | Real Estate | Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site workers.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, and Consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and safety procedures.Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
