The Quality Checker is responsible for inspecting products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications. The role involves checking finished goods, identifying defects, and ensuring that only approved quality products are dispatched.
Key Responsibilities
· Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products as per quality standards.
· Perform visual and dimensional inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometre, Gauges, etc.).
· Identify defects and report non-conforming products to the supervisor.
· Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
· Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
· Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.
· Monitor product quality during production process.
