Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with a background in Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and our technical team to identify business opportunities, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and recommend customized electrical solutions.

Fresh graduates with a strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities in industrial and utility sectors.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Study electrical project specifications for EPC and EPCM projects.
- Review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and electrical engineering documents.
- Prepare equipment specifications, datasheets, and material requisitions.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and OEMs.




- Evaluate vendor quotations and technical offers.
- Review vendor drawings for electrical equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations with the R&D; team.
- Promote LV, MV, HV, and EHV switchgear, numerical relays, protection systems, automation solutions, and AI-based electrical software.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Travel to customer locations for meetings, presentations, and site visits whenever required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical power systems.
- Understanding of LV, MV, HV, and EHV switchgear.
- Knowledge of numerical relays and electrical protection systems.
- Familiarity with transformers, DG sets, LT/HT motors, and electrical equipment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

- Experience in business development or sales of electrical products.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and substation solutions.
- Exposure to EPC/EPCM projects.

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
