Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable investment options.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate property deals and close sales effectively.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, BFSI sales, insurance, telecom, or other direct sales roles is preferred.
