Job Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging social media content, captions, and post schedules.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Research trending hashtags, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Support social media campaigns and brand promotions.




- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing and SMO.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Digital Marketing Certification will be an advantage.
