About SINGEM

SINGEM (Sindhar Indic National Growth & Empowerment Movement) is establishing an

Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Centre of Excellence to centrally support

multiple business verticals through branding, marketing, digital transformation and

Al-enabled marketing operations.

Team IMC KRAs

Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) combines Brand Management, Marketing

Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Partnerships, Events, CRM,

Customer Engagement, Analytics, Al, Digital Marketing, Technology into one coordinated

business function delivering consistent brand experience and measurable business

growth.

Eligibility

Expertise in executing multiple KRAs in IMC field.

Location

Work From Home (All India) / SINGEM Kolkata.

Full-Time or Part time.

4-8 duty hours/day.

100-200 duty hours/month.

Compensation

₹60-75 per hour | Full-Time Equivalent: ₹12,000-15000 per month.

Experience

2-3 years as part of IMC teams as Marketing / Branding / MarCom.

Digital Marketing Associate in independent execution role.

Functional Experience Required (1 or more parts):

Part A: Brand Management, Campaigns, Advertising, Creative, Content, Promotions.

Part B: Website, SEO, Social Media, Digital Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, Al

Part C: Public Relations, Brand Engagement,



Sponsorships, CSR, Partnerships,

Collaborations, Channel & Franchise Development, Events, Institutional Tieups.

Part D: CRM, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Generative Al, Agentic Al, Prompt

Engineering, No-Code Platforms, Workflow Automation, API Concepts, Marketing

Technology, Digital Transformation.

Education & Skills

Graduate (Mandatory). Strong English communication. Proficiency in Google Drive Suite, Canva, Al productivity tools, automation workflows, no code platforms, content creation, collabs and tie-ups, Institutional sales and marketing and online events/ BTL activations

Key Responsibilities

Play an independent snd team role in the IMC Centre of Excellence; execute Parts A-D; coordinate agencies and stakeholders; drive Al adoption; monitor KPIs, budgets, quality and delivery; build scalable marketing systems supporting all SINGEM business verticals.
