Eligible Qualifications

- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduation / Post Graduation (Any Stream)

Key Responsibilities

- Create job-specific social media content to attract relevant candidates
- Visit local locations to identify and source blue-collar talent
- Engage directly with job seekers and explain open opportunities
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the ATS system
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the internal recruitment team
- Build and maintain local networks and community job hubs
- Meet daily and weekly candidate sourcing goals consistently

Job Requirements

- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Must be willing to travel locally and work actively in the field
- Strong interest in fieldwork, people interaction, and recruitment
- Ability to work independently and maintain a target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is preferred
- Fluency in local language(s) is an added advantage
