Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at the construction site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, managing manpower, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance at site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor progress of work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower.
- Maintain site records such as daily progress reports, labour attendance, and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies at site.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers,



and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve in office issues efficiently.

Requirements:

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 3–7 years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.
