Job Description: Management Trainee – Business Development (US/Canada Market)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Training & Compensation

- 4 Months Training
- ₹10,000/month stipend from Day 1
- Performance-Based Employment
- Grade A: ₹20,000/month
- Grade B: ₹18,000/month

Eligibility

- BBA/MBA (Marketing)
- 2026 Graduates
- Minimum 6.5 CGPA

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calling to clients in the US & Canada.
- Generate leads through digital platforms and online research.
- Build and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to support business development activities.

Desired Skills

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other digital lead generation platforms.
- Prior experience in cold calling or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in the 3 PM – 1 AM shift.
