Role Overview
This role is for an operational leader with a clinical background who can manage end-to-end floor operations. You will handle daily workflows, handle patient flow, and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for every patient from entry to exit.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BHMS/BAMS Doctor with a solid aptitude and flair for operations.
- Medical / Paramedical degree + MBA in Healthcare/Operations.
- Experience: 8-10 Years of experience.
- Prior experience in clinic/hospital operations or patient care coordination is highly preferred.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM / 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
