Job Title: E-Commerce Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate to support our online sales operations. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Executive – E-Commerce and assist in managing product listings, order processing, inventory updates, marketplace operations, and customer support activities across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and company websites.
- Update product information, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels.
- Monitor and process customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order dispatch, stock availability, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and replacements through online platforms.




- Track marketplace performance and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist in running promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers on e-commerce platforms.
- Generate and maintain reports related to sales, inventory, and order status.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and company policies.
- Support the Senior Executive in day-to-day e-commerce operations and assigned projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in handling online marketplaces and order management systems.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and digital marketplace operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
