About EPIA

EPIA (Egg Preservation Institute of Asia) is building one of India’s most trusted fertility and women’s health brands. We’re changing the conversation around fertility through science-backed education, compelling storytelling, and meaningful patient experiences.

We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with creating content that people actually watch, save and share.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply post on Instagram.

You’ll help build a brand.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation

- Plan and execute Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content and YouTube Shorts.
- Shoot videos with doctors, patients and the team.
- Develop story ideas around fertility, health, entrepreneurship and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand.

Social Media Growth

- Manage our social media calendar.
- Identify opportunities for viral and educational content.
- Track content performance and continuously improve results.
- Experiment with new content formats and campaigns.

Collaborations & Partnerships

- Reach out to influencers, creators, doctors, companies and brands.
- Coordinate collaborations from planning to execution.
- Help organize podcasts, interviews and content partnerships.

Production

- Plan shoots and coordinate with editors, photographers and designers.
- Write briefs, scripts and captions.
- Ensure content is delivered on time.

Brand Building

- Think beyond social media.
- Come up with creative marketing ideas that help EPIA reach more women.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, events and PR opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a recent graduate or have 1–3 years of experience.





We’re far more interested in your creativity than your years of experience.

You’ll likely enjoy this role if you:

- Love Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Constantly save content ideas.
- Can immediately tell why one Reel performs better than another.
- Enjoy filming and visual storytelling.
- Are comfortable speaking with creators and brands.
- Like trying new ideas instead of repeating the same content.
- Are organised enough to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva or similar tools to work smarter.

Design or editing experience is a bonus but not essential.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Managed or grown an Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube page.
- Worked with influencers or creators.
- Shot short-form video content.
- Experience in healthcare, lifestyle or consumer brands.
