Job Description – Dean (Pharmacy)
Position:
- Dean (Pharmacy) - 01
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the College/Faculty of Pharmacy.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), AICTE, UGC, and university regulations.
- Lead curriculum planning, accreditation, research, innovation, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Promote industry collaboration, clinical exposure, research projects, and consultancy.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and career development.
- Strengthen admissions, student development, training, placements, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage budgets, infrastructure, laboratories, and overall academic operations.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm + M.Pharm + Ph.D. in Pharmacy .
- Professor-level experience as per PCI/AICTE/UGC norms.
- Strong academic leadership, research, and administrative experience.

Pay: ₹37,400.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
