Job Summary

The Bakery Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, and producing high-quality bakery products while maintaining consistency, food safety, hygiene, and production efficiency. The role involves supervising bakery operations, managing inventory, ensuring quality standards, and supporting continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Plan daily production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Supervise and guide bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Monitor product quality, appearance, freshness, and portion consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.




- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Minimize wastage through effective production planning and stock control.
- Operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment and machinery.
- Train new employees on bakery techniques, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop recent bakery products and seasonal menu offerings.
- Maintain production records, temperature logs, and quality control documentation.
- Coordinate with the café, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and workplace safety standards.

Pay: ₹11,119.99 - ₹35,808.13 per month
