We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales and will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. *Key Responsibilities:*
> Generate new sales leads through direct client interactions, referrals, and networking.
> Conduct property site visits with clients and provide detailed project information.
> Assist in the sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and deal closures.
> Work with clients to understand their needs and present suitable property options.
> Maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
> Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, and operations)
to support the sales process.
> Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and competitor activities.
Strive to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
> Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
> 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
> Strong communication and presentation skills.
> Ability to generate leads and build a client network.
> A high level of self-motivation and a drive to achieve sales goals.
Basic understanding of the residential and/or commercial real estate market.
