Travel: Across India (Project Sites)

Hangermann PST LLP is looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer (1 - 5 Years Experience) to join our growing Engineering & Site Services team.

Core Responsibilities

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, service quotations, and engage with clients for engineering and site service requirements.
- Execute installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and calibration of Spring Hangers, Constant Supports, Pipe Supports, Snubbers, and related piping support systems at project sites across Pan India.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve in office technical issues to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Hangermann PST LLP products, engineering standards, quality policies, and site procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently at project sites and undertake extensive travel across India based on project requirements.
- Demonstrate willingness to relocate to project locations, if required.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and engineering support during installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, subcontractors,



and internal engineering teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit detailed site inspection reports, commissioning reports, service reports, and project documentation.

Technical Proficiencies

- Holds a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in Field Services, preferably in Power Plants, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Refinery, or Process Industries.
- Familiarity with preparation and interpretation of Isometric Drawings.
- Sound knowledge of Spring Hangers, Constant Supports, Pipe Supports, Pipe Clamps, Snubbers, and various piping support systems across different manufacturers.
- Proficient in interpreting Isometrics, P&ID;, General Arrangement (GA), and Pipe Support Drawings.
- Knowledge of applicable ASME Codes (B31.1, B31.3), MSS SP-58, MSS SP-69, and other relevant piping and pipe support standards will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to industrial sites across India.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
