IJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Engineer – Civil & Structural to lead the engineering and design of civil and structural projects. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Civil & Structural engineering team for engineering and design projects.
- Prepare, review, and approve civil and structural design calculations, drawings, and technical documents.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable international codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, and Architecture.
- Review engineering deliverables and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and designers.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Resolve technical issues during engineering, procurement, and construction phases.




- Attend client meetings and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/ Masters Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural engineering.
- Experience in Industrial, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or EPC projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international design codes and standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
