Main Purpose of the Job:

Update knowledge on Operation maintenance & Repair of Machine
- Troubleshooting skills to keep it operational during breakdowns.
- Record keeping of log sheets , checklists, etc.
- Reduction in operating costs, & ensures Machine operates at highest efficiency.
- Follow cleaning practices, safety, 5S, TPM , BEC

Key Responsibilities:

Follow Maintenance Objectives & ensure upkeep of Machine.
- Follow preventive Maintenance schedule of Machine.
- Ensure parameters are checked at predetermined frequency regarding Air Temperature, Oil Temperature, etc.,
- Monitor Consumption of raw materials at the point of usage.
- Plan major maintenances, breakdown & repairs as & when need arises.
- Follow highest level of safety in operation of Machine, by checking all the safeties in the Machine.
- Reporting any abnormalities, major issues, spare requirements etc., to superiors.
- Maintaining required critical spares at all times, to ensure no stoppage of Machine due to spares.
- Monitor Documentation of log sheets, checklists, records & ensure implementation of SOP’s as per requirement of ISO 9001 & FSSAI requirements
- Ensure proper discipline maintain positive attendance & work in team spirit.
- Use PPE’s as required for safety at all times.
- Train helpers & subordinate staff regarding working of Machine.
- Maintain area clean, neat, lines painted ,follow cleaning schedule at all times as per the requirements.
- Calibration of gauges, indicators etc., as per requirement is maintained

Job Specification:

Qualification – Preferably ITI, Polytechnic or Any bachelor’s degree.

Experience – 5-10 Yrs. from Pharma Industry/ Excipient Manufacturing
