Dazzle Robotics Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team in the drone technology and advanced battery solutions industry.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering who have an interest in technical products, customer coordination, sales operations, and business development. This role is ideal for candidates who can combine technical understanding with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, customers, distributors, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Support sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, product details, and commercial documents.
- Understand technical specifications of drone batteries, electrical systems, and related components to assist customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and technical teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations,



product demonstrations, and technical documentation.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to support lead conversion.
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular updates to the sales management team.

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Good understanding of electrical concepts, components, and technical products.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Interest in drones, batteries, electronics, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred).
- Candidates with an Electrical Engineering qualification will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in sales coordination, technical support, electrical products, automation, electronics, or industrial solutions will be preferred.
