We are looking for a motivated and professional Business Analyst with at least 1+ year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, experience handling clients, coordinating with development teams, and bidding on online platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle communication with clients professionally through calls, chats, and emails
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal team members
- Prepare project documentation and requirement gathering
- Manage project follow-ups and ensure smooth communication between clients and developers
- Bid on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Generate leads and maintain client relationships
- Assist in project planning and delivery coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with online bidding platforms
- Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, and software projects
- Ability to coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
