Key Responsibilities
Process motor insurance policies for private cars, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and fleet insurance.
Generate insurance quotations from multiple insurer portals.
Compare premiums and policy features to provide the best options to customers.
Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and endorsements.
Handle policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Assist customers with policy-related queries and documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.
Process policy cancellations, refunds, and endorsements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
Achieve assigned business and service targets.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic knowledge of motor insurance products and policy documentation.
Familiarity with insurer portals is an added advantage.
Solid customer service and negotiation skills.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
