Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Administrator (SSA) with strong expertise in Linux, High Availability (HA), Virtualization, Database Replication, and Networking. You will own production infrastructure end to end from KVM virtualization and HA clustering to database replication, iSCSI storage, and load balancing keeping enterprise hosting platforms quick, resilient, and always on.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Linux-based production environments.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot High Availability (HA) solutions.
Deploy and manage KVM virtualization settings.
Configure and maintain MySQL database replication.
Implement and manage file replication using Lsyncd and OCFS2.
Configure and support Pacemaker, Heartbeat, and HA clustering solutions.
Deploy and maintain Managed High Availability solutions for KVM, databases, and iSCSI storage.
Administer load balancers and ensure high service availability.
Manage VMware environments (Managed VMware i1).
Configure and troubleshoot Acronis backup solutions.
Diagnose database replication, storage, and networking issues.
Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent solutions for production incidents.




Work closely with internal teams to deliver reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Required Technical Skills
Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
KVM virtualization.
High Availability (HA) clustering with Pacemaker and Heartbeat.
MySQL and database replication.
OCFS2 cluster file system and Lsyncd file replication.
Managed High Availability infrastructure, databases, and iSCSI.
Load balancers.
VMware administration.
Acronis backup and disaster recovery.
Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewall, VLANs).
Storage administration.
Shell scripting is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience working in enterprise hosting or managed service environments.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
