Primary Skills :
Leads and plans upgrades, changes, or implementations for System Center Configuration Manager Components while following established change control procedures.
Experience in MS Intune and Entra.
Understanding on the road map of Managing End User systems with respect to Applications, Hardware, and Operating System.
Experience in Managing Windows 10 & 11.
Front end customer discussion and solution for End user IT infrastructure.
Valuable Experience in Windows 11 VDI solutions.
Develop implementation plan for EUC related solution based on IT strategies and business requirements.
Enforce infrastructure architecture execution as well as ongoing refinement tasks.
Secondary Skills :
Positive understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
