Job Title: IPDRG Trainer

Location: Chennai (Work From Office)

Experience: 4+ Years

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Shift: General / Day Shift

Job Description:
Conduct process and coding training for coding specialists.
Provide floor support during transition and ramp-up.
Conduct quality improvement training based on audit findings.
Prepare presentations, training materials, and assessment content.
Participate in client calls, meetings, and KT sessions.
Train coders on US Healthcare systems and coding updates.

Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 3+ years of IPDRG Coding experience.
Experience in Medical Coding and US Healthcare.
Robust knowledge of ICD-10, DRG/IPDRG.
Valuable understanding of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology.
Mandatory certification: CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.
Positive communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:
Training, Coaching, Mentoring, or Team Lead experience.Role & responsibilities
