Design Strategy & Development:
Ensure consistency in design language across all projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Mentor and lead a team of designers.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and creative work workplace.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams.
Communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure all design work aligns with brand identity and target audience needs.
Oversee technical drawings, 3D modeling, and material selection.
Ensure feasibility of designs for manufacturing or production.




Maintain high standards for aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
Robust leadership and project management skills.
Expertise in all up-to-date design softwares
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of design principles, materials, and production processes.
Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in related field.
