Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices.
Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of coding principles and practices.
Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard coding software and tools.
