Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Cashier for our paint shop. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing, cash transactions, maintaining daily sales records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Generate invoices and bills using the billing software.
Maintain daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day reports.
Ensure proper cash balance and reconcile accounts at the end of each shift.
Assist customers with billing-related queries.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and payments.
Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Ensure the billing counter is clean and organized.
Support basic inventory and stock entry, if required.
Follow company policies for cash handling and financial transactions.
