Job Description:-

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Picker & Packers to join our Blinkit Dark Store team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely, and supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. No prior experience is required as complete training will be provided after joining.

Key Responsibilities:-
Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
Pack items safely and efficiently for dispatch.
Assist with putaway of incoming inventory.
Perform item audits and stock verification.
Support loading and unloading of goods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure timely order fulfillment.





Eligibility:-
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.

Salary & Perks:-
Monthly Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000(depending on location)
Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000
