Requirements
Candidate should preferably have done a formal Barista or Hotel Management course (Degree, Diploma or Certificate) with appropriate training.
Should have valuable product knowledge of coffee, tea and milk based beverages.
Should be skilled in preparing beverages manually and operating the espresso m/c, grinder, blender and other cafe equipment.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be comfortable working with neurodiverse adults.
Should be passionate about valuable coffee preparation and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Additional skills in Bakery or other culinary skills shall be preferable.
