Role & responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
Assist in BOQ preparation and verification.
Prepare basic cost estimates and rate analysis.
Verify contractor measurements and bills.
Coordinate with site engineers for quantity reconciliation.
Maintain estimation and project cost records.
Assist in material reconciliation and wastage control.
Prepare MIS reports and support project costing activities.
