Role & responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple hospital information systems.
Develop interactive dashboards and MIS reports for management and departmental heads.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Create data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
Support management with forecasting, KPI tracking, and decision-making.
Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand reporting requirements.
Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query,



Advanced Formulas).
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis will be an added advantage.
Understanding of database concepts and data visualization techniques.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work with large datasets while maintaining high accuracy.
2 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or Business Analyst.
Experience in hospitals, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare analytics will be preferred.
