Job Details
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Minimum ₹15,000
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹35,000–₹36,000+ per month
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Conduct initial candidate profiling
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client companies
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent English communication skills
Graduates (Freshers are welcome)
HSC candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience
Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office is an added advantage
