We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales through Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Meta Business Suite, creating product catalogs, running campaigns, managing customer inquiries, and improving online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Facebook Shop and Instagram Shop.
Create and optimize product listings, catalogs, and collections.
Handle Meta Business Suite and Commerce Manager.
Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns for product promotions.
Respond to customer inquiries received through Facebook and Instagram.
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Monitor inventory and update product availability on Meta platforms.
