The ideal candidate combines strong field logistics experience with an analytical mindset to maximize revenue from existing clients and build robust vendor relationships.

Role & responsibilities
Lead a team of logistics achievers to meet operational excellence.
Conduct cost analyses to develop strategic supply chain plans.
Promote a system approach to improve internal workflow efficiency.
Manage assigned accounts end-to-end to ensure total client satisfaction.
Identify growth prospects to maximize our share of customer business.
Organize customer meets and conference calls to identify growth drivers.
Maintain customer service logs alongside strict safety records.




Execute operations seamlessly according to international INCO terms.
Assess shipping methods, routing, and carriers to optimize parameters.
Oversee shipment documentation and end-to-end cargo tracking.
Manage field logistics directly to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers to maximize profit margins.
Manage vendor relationships to secure reliable capacity and service.

Preferred candidate profile
Industry Experience: Minimum 58 years in Freight Forwarding, Exports, and Warehousing.
Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing, mentoring, and scaling operational teams.
On-Ground Operations: Solid hands-on experience in field logistics and warehouse workflows.
