Job Summary:
The Franchise Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing franchise partners to drive business growth. The role involves developing solid relationships with franchisees, ensuring operational alignment with the brand standards, and driving profitability for both the franchisee and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
Identify and recruit potential franchise partners to expand the companys footprint.
Conduct market research to identify viable locations and market opportunities.
Assist in negotiating franchise agreements and ensuring compliance with legal and operational guidelines.
Franchise Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, providing guidance and support.
Ensure that franchisees adhere to brand standards, operational protocols, and marketing strategies.
Support:
Provide ongoing operational support to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, or business development.
