Ensavior Technologies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell HVAC solutions to commercial and industrial customers. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, combined with excellent sales and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products and solutions.
Meet with consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and end customers to understand project requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales (Mandatory).
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF, ventilation, air handling units (AHUs), FCUs, and related equipment.
Experience in handling consultants, contractors, and MEP projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Knowledge of HVAC design software is an added advantage.
