Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, managing manpower, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Ensure quality control and safety standards at the construction site.
Manage site materials, labor, and equipment effectively.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Verify measurements and prepare work completion reports.




Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Maintain proper documentation related to site activities.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Valuable leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of civil construction standards and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in residential/commercial building projects.
Ability to handle multiple site activities independently.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
