Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Long Term Rental (LTR) operations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely vehicle deployment and fleet utilization.
Monitor service quality, MIS, and operational KPIs.
Resolve escalations and ensure SLA compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Operations/Fleet Management.
Experience in Travel & Tourism, Car Rental, Fleet, or Transportation.
Solid communication, vendor management, and team handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
