Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Independently research and explore target industrial markets to secure profitable recent business and manage strategic client issues.
Technical Sales Execution: Deliver technical presentations, conduct needs analysis, and match automation or hydraulic/pneumatic equipment to customer requirements.
Target Achievement: Drive aggressive sales goals, meet critical deadlines, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Travel & Coordination: Travel extensively to client sites and coordinate seamlessly with internal technical and engineering teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE); relevant science graduates may also be considered.
Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on industrial equipment sales experience, specifically within sectors like hydraulics, pneumatic automation, steel, paper, cement, sugar, or power.
